Video presentation

Aotearoa’s Phoenix

‘Narrative information design’ was a 300-level paper I took as an elective for my Bachelor of Design. For this project, we had to take a native bird and create a series of informational designs which tell the bird’s story. I chose the Takahē because of its stunning colours and unusual story.

I worked on the informational poster series for this project’s first half, which taught me a lot about laying out information and statistics. For the second half of the project, I worked on creating a video telling the story of the Takahē. I filmed the footage used in the video and overlaid my graphics on top.
